By accessing our website, registering for vocational training programs, donating to our community campaigns, renting shared creative workspaces, or purchasing artisan products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website and services.

1. Legal Definitions and Status

  • ANITHA HUMANITY INITIATIVE CBC is a legally registered corporate entity in the Republic of Rwanda.

  • The registered office of the company is located at Trafiporo Village, Bunyunju Cell, Kivumu Sector, Rutsiro District, Western Province, Rwanda.

  • These terms apply to all digital properties, websites, subdomains, e-commerce marketplaces, donation portals, and project monitoring dashboards owned and managed by the company.

2. Digital Donation & Campaign Rules

  • Fundraising Purpose: All monetary donations received through our online donation systems are directed exclusively toward the development, infrastructure, raw materials, and execution of our community empowerment programs (including our Tailoring, Handcrafts, Beauty, English, and Entrepreneurship campaigns).

  • Non-Refundability: All donations made via our secure digital payment gateways are final, non-refundable, and legally classified as irrevocable gifts intended solely for the application of income toward our community objectives.

  • Transparency & Tracking: By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution will be registered and tracked inside our digital Project Monitoring System for reporting, impact visualization, and financial accountability dashboards.

3. E-Commerce & Product Marketplace Terms

  • Handmade & Artisan Variation: Products available for purchase on our online marketplace are handcrafted, manufactured, or prepared by single mothers, vulnerable women, and youth beneficiaries operating under our direct supervision or within our creative community hubs. As such, slight variances in texture, sizing, design, and color are natural characteristics of the artisan manufacturing process and do not constitute product defects.

  • Pricing & Revenue Distribution: Prices listed on our digital marketplace reflect fair-trade retail standards. All revenues and incomes generated from product sales are directed exclusively toward sustaining our social enterprise, purchasing raw vocational training equipment, and directly employing or providing fair compensation to our beneficiary producers.

  • Shipping & Customs: Delivery options, timelines, and costs vary based on destination. For international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for any local customs duties, import tariffs, or cross-border logistics taxes that may apply upon arrival.

4. Shared Workspace & Center Rentals

  • Reservation & Fair Use: Individuals, independent cooperatives, and community groups renting our shared creative workspaces, small production studios, or event exhibition spaces must handle all equipment with extreme care.

  • Liability: The Company accepts no liability for the theft, loss, or damage of personal tools, raw materials, or items brought into our facilities by external renters.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Users of our community center spaces must maintain safe, professional, and respectful conduct. Any behavior that induces structural conflict, local discrimination, or endangers our young mother and youth beneficiaries will result in immediate termination of workspace access without a refund.

5. Beneficiary & Vocational Training Cohorts

  • Program Commitment: Beneficiaries enrolled in our physical vocational training cohorts must firmly commit to full attendance, safety rules, and operational guidelines established by program directors.

  • Property of Material: To support program sustainability, raw materials supplied by the community center and items manufactured by students during practical training hours remain the exclusive property of ANITHA HUMANITY INITIATIVE CBC for exhibition, product sales, and training cost recovery.
